Shannon joined the staff of SCC in July of 2014 and was ordained in December of 2016. He has been involved in ministry for over 20 years in various settings, including children, youth, and family ministry. He has also done leadership development in schools, churches, and various non-profit organizations.Shannon has a love for teaching, music and developing leaders. Shannon has a BS in Management and Ministry Leadership from Cornerstone University in Michigan (where he lived his entire life until moving to Tucson in 2009). Shannon is married to Lara. They have five children and three grandchildren.

Al joined the staff of SCC in November of 2020. He has been involved in full-time ministry for over 25 years, including currently serving as the Senior Pastor and Worship Leader of Cornerstone Bible Church. He is also a private Vocal  Training Instructor and Guitar teacher.
Al has coached high school and youth basketball for over 30 years. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Vanguard University in Southern California as well as a Master’s Degree in Education (UoP).
Al and Angela have been married for over 28 years and are parents to Azlan, Ava, Angel, Alivea, and Adessah.

Jessica has been married to her husband, David, since 2002. They have 3 children together. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, reading, and listening to podcasts (particularly ones that help her learn and better understand the Bible).

Becca is married to Kevin.  Together they have 3 children.  In her free time, Becca enjoys time with her family, reading and quiet walks.

Xeian is married to Sydney.  They have three children.  Xeian has a heart for children and animals.  His desire and passion is to help young people understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Joe Goodale has been a Christian for over 30 years and has been involved in church ministry work for practically the whole time. He has worked mainly in the multi-media department of several churches and has taught from the pulpit on many occasions.

Joe currently oversees Saguaro Canyon Church's Media and Tech Ministry.

He has been married to his wife Kate since 1988, and they have 7 children, ages 12-36.
